HyperX Price Guarantee Restrictions

  1. Reduction in price must occur no more than 21 days from (and including) the date an order is placed on HyperX Shop (https://hyperx.com). For example, if an order is placed on 1 January, the price reduction must occur on or before 21 January (i.e no later than 21 January).
  2. Does not apply to price reductions that occurred before the date an order is placed.
  3. Applies to identical part numbers only.
  4. Does not apply to:
    • Out of stock products
    • Delivery charges
    • Marketplace sellers, for example Amazon, eBay etc.
    • Pricing errors
    • Third party promotions
    • Bundle Promotions
  5. Applies to orders placed on or after 29/07/2024
