After Being accepted into the HyperX Partner Program, what are my first steps?
After Being accepted into the HyperX Partner Program, partners should create an Sideqik login. After logging into your Sideqik account, you should be able to access the HyperX dashboard. We recommend creating your custom link, which will be how you earn commission through the program.
The landing page should lead to the HyperX website, it could be the home page or a specific product you are looking to promote. Any purchase made through your link will earn you commission
Can I have a custom discount code for the community to earn discounts?
The Partner Program is entirely commission based. There are no community discount codes. The only discount code that is obtainable is the 20% off code for your own personal use.
How do I obtain a 20% off discount code?
20% discount codes must be requested from HyperX. Currently there is no way to request via Sideqik. Partners must email partner@hyperx.com to request a code.
How can I obtain graphics for Ads or stream overlays/underlays?
You can access the Ads through the Sideqik dashboard. Navigate to the top of the dashboard, you should see an option to click “Ads”.
After navigating to the Ads section of the dashboard. You should be able to access every Ad we’ve provided so far. These Ads will be update periodically based on new product launches or special events that are taking place.
What tier am I in, and how can I progress to the next tier?
Upon acceptance into the program, everyone is placed into tier 1. You can progress to the higher tiers by –
Level 2
1) $100 sales for 2 months straight
2) Engage with HyperX social media:
-Raid HyperX Twitch Streams (Details on streams gets emailed out via Partner Program)
-Engage with HyperX on Social Media Platform
-Create organic posts on products
-Participate in different Campaigns
3) Participate in at least one (1) HyperX product launch.
Level 3
1) $200 sales for 3 months
2) Engage with HyperX social media
-Raid HyperX Twitch Streams (Details on streams gets emailed out via Partner Program)
-Engage with HyperX on Social Media Platform
-Create organic posts on products
-Participate in different Campaigns
Level 4
1) $500 sales over 3 months
2) Engage with HyperX social media
-Raid HyperX Twitch Streams (Details on streams gets emailed out via Partner Program)

I never got the welcome email with a link to setup my Sideqik account.
We’ve seen cases in which partners emails were sent to their spam folders. Please check there, if there is still no email contact partner@hyperx.com and we can assist you there.
How can I join in on new product releases?
New release campaigns have a limited amount of product available. The HyperX team will invite those who are working hard and catching the attention of HyperX. (Sales, Engagement on Social Media, and pushing positivity to community members)
Can I get free products?
Products are not given for free unless a campaign is running, and you are chosen/invited to said campaign.
What is a bonus commission event?
A bonus commission event will be a focused campaign where commission on the current product is higher than normal during a set period.
